Play show or right-click to download Show 9 - Are You Local ?

More local bands (Edinburgh & Fife) today - and a new & improved vocal sound quality which will hopefully settle and bed down over the next few shows.

So, stepping forward to join the roster of top bands deserving of your support are:

The Third Man - Silence & Noise

Douglas Kay - Moving Target

Super 8 - In The Morning

Background music was by 'Cold Cloth and an Ice Pack' by Derek K Miller

If there are any musicians out there looking for a band to join, the excellent Super 8 are looking for anyone who can play Trip's music exactly as it's written. If you're a guitarist, keyboard player, bassist or drummer then get in touch with the guys at super8@super8music.com

Once again, if you like anything you hear then please head over to the artists' sites and tell them so. If they have anything for sale, then help them continue their excellent work by making a purchase.

I meant to leave a comment but got side tracked...the mic really sounds amazing...it's a whole other show...congrats.

The Douglas Kay track is excellent. After hearing it on TFL I also heard it on a certain other scottish podcast, and have decided it's so good I've just bought the album. Excellent value at £5.50 to download 11 tracks.

GABOR

Grant says: That's great, Gabor ! Glad you enjoyed it and bought it. That's what it's all about - promoting the best independent artists and giving them support.
