Show 19 - New Year coming, new songs to hear !
I knew things were looking up when I received an envelope addressed this way on Christmas Eve:
It makes me sound like one of those 70s DJs on Radio 1 !! It gave me such a laugh and the music was so good that it had to go in this week's show.
I was going to do a restrospective of all of the music I'd played since the show started in September; but then I remembered that I'm here to play you great new music, and I should be looking forward to the New Year and not back at the old year. If you want to treat yourself to a look back at what's been on Three From Leith in 2005, just go through the Archives which you'll find links to on the right-hand side. I'm marching on with fresh, exciting new bands who're giving me that little shiver of pleasure each time I hear them. This week's no exception, so load up the file and kick back with the music of:

Thanks to everyone for listening, subscribing, leaving comments, emailing me, feeding back to the artists and - most importantly of all - supporting the artists by buying their music. It's been my priviledge to play them since I started in September and I know that the bands are genuinely touched by everyone's support.
